All items should be repaired and reused

Nowadays, everyone has more than 15-55 electrical items in their house. And every family member has their own. Everyone should repair and reuse their electrical items instead of throwing them to the bin.

First of all, if you can't and you really can't repair that item, you should recycle it, not throw it! Someone should try repairing the electrical items and we should keep them a lot of time. If the item is very old, there aren't a lot of chances for it to be repaired.

Did you know that according to official Environment Agency data, the UK recycled only a third of the weight of electrical products that was purchased last year?

If UK recycled only a third of the weight of electrical products, think about other countries, about how many electrical items you had in your house and you've thrown them. From alarm clocks, CD/DVD/game consoles, small kitchen such as kettles, toasters, food mixers and blenders, microwave ovens, curling tongs, straighteners, garden tools, to TV's, telephones and radios.

But what to do with white goods, such as freezers, fridges, cookers, washing machines and dishwashers? Well, you also have to recycle them. Just think that you'll help your country and the environment of this world!

A new way of life at school

This week I've been very active. I had the chance to start a new and a very healthy way of spending my breaks at school.

On monday, my first hour at school was MATH, and I should have had a test, but fortunately for us, our teacher was sick and she wasn't at school, so we spent the houe outside. Because no one was playing basketball, I took the ball and started playing alone. Then, some of the players came and thaught me the rules. Bottom line, I started playing all day long and I also saw this sport very healthy, especially for children because they get tall very fast.

Yesterday, I started my day with a very rythmic melody and of course, I started my dance hour at 8 o'clock. That made me full of life and gave me a lot of energy for the day. I liked so much playing basketball the day before, so I didn't hesitate to spend my breaks playing basketball. But some good and professional players came and took me out the game because I was a begginer. So, I went to the other group of colleagues and started playing a very basic match. We were shooting the ball to each other, In that moment, I had an epiphany and I completely changed my opinion about football, which is, by the way, another healthy sport.

Today, I mixed the sports. I played basketball, better than Monday, I played football but just a little because the boys were having a big and important match. I also ran that made me drink water that is soooo good and important in ordinary life, especially in sports life.

I'll keep my way of life active, because I feel more opened.

P.E. in schools

Physical education trains children to be physically and mentallly active, fit and healthy...for life. It is said that if you have an active body, you have an active mind. So, for every child it is important to do P.E., because they get fit especially girls and boys, and have a healthy life. It's important to do P.E. in school because the teacher knows what are the best exercices for your age. I think the best sport for everyone, especially children is SWIMMING; which helps children to strech their body, and also to active to thir mind quickly. Don't forget that a healthy life is a happy life and a healthy life is also an active body and an active mind! Like George S. Patton Jr. said "An active mind cannot exist in an inactive body."
